Stuff You Are Probably Wondering
We accept most brands, but let’s be real—the labels listed in our Deets section are the ones shoppers are stalking. Think top-tier, drool-worthy, “I’d buy that in a heartbeat” kind of brands. If it’s highly wanted, we want it.
That said, we reserve the right to say no thanks to any item. Not sure if yours makes the cut? Our team’s got you—just ask before you ship.
Condition matters. Items must be:
• New with tags
• New without tags
• Excellent to very good condition
If it needs washing, repairing, or a little love—it’s not ready. We don’t launder or clean. Your item should be ready to walk out the door and into someone’s closet.
One more thing: we don’t accept items with a consignment value under $25. Quality over clutter—always.
Hard truth, rebel style: we’re not taking saddles, used horse blankets, or bits right now. Nope. Not today. We will glady accept new blanketts, scrims, saddle pads and coolers
But don’t panic—we do love shiny, unused things. New with tags or new without tags tack and horse equipment? Yes please. That’s our jam. Just not used.
If it’s fresh, flawless, and ready for its next rider, we’re in.
If it’s been ridden hard and put away wet… it’s a no from us (for now).
When in doubt, ask our crew—we’re always happy to help you decide if your gear makes the cut.
We get it — pricing consignment + resale isn’t an exact science. But the good news? high-end equestrian apparel holds its value like a champ, and we know how to price it so it moves while still getting you top dollar.
We use proven resale guidelines + current demand to set pricing as fairly (and strategically) as possible:
• Equestrian Apparel (show + schooling)
• New with tags: typically ~30% off retail
• New without tags: typically ~30–35% off retail
• Excellent to good used condition: typically ~40–50% off retail
• Show apparel follows the same playbook — condition + demand rule everything.
• Tack (NWT + NWOT only)
• New with tags: typically ~25–30% off retail
• New without tags: typically ~30–35% off retail
• Horse Blankets (NWT + NWOT only)
• New with tags: typically ~25–30% off retail
• New without tags: typically ~30–35% off retail
None of this is a perfect formula — pricing is part strategy, part market timing, and we do our best to hit the sweet spot every time.

The Fine Print (a.k.a. How We Keep It Cool)
At The Rebel Pony Resale Co., we curate hard. That means we reserve the right to say yay or nay to any item—no hard feelings, just high standards. All pieces must arrive in very good condition to brand-new with tags, as judged by our in-house rebel experts.
If something doesn’t make the cut, we’ll follow the preferences you selected in your consignment agreement:
• Want it back?
We’ll invoice you for return shipping plus packing materials (always at the lowest market rate—we’re rebels, not monsters).
• Donation—or skip the return invoice?
Ownership is forfeited, and the item becomes ours to handle. That could mean donation, recycling, or resale at our discretion.
No ghosting. No guessing. Just clear rules.
Discounting Policy (Because Stuff Deserves a Second Ride)
All items are consigned for a minimum of 120 days (4 months). To keep inventory fresh and sales moving, we may apply strategic markdowns:
• Up to 20% off anytime for sitewide promos or special incentives
• 30% off after 45 days
• 40% off after 75 days
• 50% off after 100 days
• Up to 70% off after 120 days—whatever it takes to get that item sold
Our goal? Find your gear its next rider and get you paid.
Efficient. Strategic. Slightly rebellious.
The Payoff Breakdown (a.k.a. What You Take Home):
• $900+ bangers → You keep 75% (top tier energy)
• $600–$900 → 65% in your pocket
• $400–$600 → 55% — still a win
• $200–$400 → 50% — let it ride
• $35–$200 → 40% — better than collecting dust
The higher it sells, the bigger your payout.
We hustle the sales — you cash the checks.
Remember, we do not accept items with a resale value of under $25.00
The Rebel Pony Resale Co. Payout Vibes
At the start of each month, we send your payout with an itemized invoice—so you know exactly what sold and what you made. Payments are delayed by one month to cover any returns. Clean, fair, no chaos.

RETURNS IF YOU REALLY NEED ONE
THE 5-DAY RULE
We’re fair, not fluffy. You have 5 days from delivery to request a return.
Email therebelponyresale@gmail.com to get things started.
Here’s the deal:
• Items must come back exactly as sent — same condition, tags still attached.
• Outside the 5-day window, missing tags, damage, or signs of wear?
That’s a no on refunds.
Some items may qualify for re-consignment instead. If you want to explore that option, reach out to therebelponyresale@gmail.com.
RETURN OPTIONS
1. Refund to Original Payment
Refunded to PayPal, ShopPay, or your credit card.
If you use our prepaid return label, a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted.
2. Store Credit (THE CROWD FAVORITE)
No $10 fee. None.
We’ll email you a gift card. We list hundreds of new items weekly, so odds are high you’ll find your next obsession.
3. Exchange
Also no $10 return fee.
• Exchanging for a higher-priced item? We’ll email an invoice for the difference. You have one week to pay.
• If unpaid, the order will be refunded to the original payment method, minus a $10 restocking fee.
• Exchanging for a lower-priced item? A store credit for the difference will be issued.
4. Issues
If your item arrives not as expected, email us. We’ll work with you to resolve it quickly and reasonably.
HOW RETURNS WORK
1. Email therebelponyresale@gmail.com to request a return
2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and return form
3. You may also ship the item back using your own label at your expense
4. If you use our prepaid label, $10 will be deducted from your return once processed
REFUND TIMING
Returns can take up to one week to process.
• Credit Card: 3–7 business days after processing
• Store Credit: Emailed the same day your return is processed
• Exchange:
• Overpayments are issued as store credit
• If additional payment is required, an invoice will be emailed
• Exchange items ship the next business day after full payment is received
THE CONSIGNMENT REALITY
Because we’re a resale shop, most sales are final. That said, we offer a 5-business-day grace period for return or exchange requests.
Items must be:
• In the same condition as purchased
• Unworn and unused, with original tags attached (if applicable)
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
All requests are reviewed case by case at management’s discretion.
After 5 business days, all sales are final.
DAMAGES & MISTAKES
Check your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Order Processing
We hustle hard. Orders are processed within 2 business days (weekends and holidays off-duty). Big waves during holidays? Processing may take a hot minute, but we’ll always keep you in the loop.
Once shipped, you get tracking so you can watch your package strut its way to you.
Shipping Times & Rates
We ship across the U.S. only.
• Standard calculated shipping = all states, PO Boxes, APO/FPO
• Expedited & Express shipping = most spots (PO Boxes + military addresses may vary)
• Rates = calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination
No surprises. Just your gear, arriving in style.
Shipping Delays (Life’s a Rebel Too)
Sometimes even shipments go rogue. Delays happen because of:
• Crazy weather
• Carrier chaos (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
• Holiday madness

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your loot leaves our stable, it’s officially in the carrier’s hands. We aren’t responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages—but we’ve got your back with claims and next steps.
Didn’t get the bucks you were expecting? Yeah—we get it. But resale doesn’t play by retail rules.
Once an item hits the resale scene, its value is based on the current market—not what it originally cost. Many pieces have already been discounted by the brand or retailer, which naturally brings resale prices down a notch.
A few other things that can shake up pricing:
• Trends move fast—yesterday’s must-have might be today’s “meh”
• Newer versions or updated styles can steal the spotlight
• Wear, use, or missing original packaging can knock value down
• Too many similar items on the market = lower prices across the board
Our mission? Price your pieces competitively so they actually sell—while still respecting what they’re worth. Because sold beats sitting pretty every time.
