At The Rebel Pony Resale Co., we’re all about giving pre-loved, high-end equestrian gear a second life—and making sure you love what you snag. While most sales are final due to the nature of consignment, we offer a 5-business-day return window for any missteps.

When Can You Return?
​
Reach out within 5 days of delivery to request a return. Email therebelponyresale@gmail.com. Items must:

Be in the same condition as when purchased

Be unworn and unused, with original tags attached

Include proof of purchase
Items outside this window, missing tags, damaged, or excessively worn won’t be refunded. They may, however, be eligible for reconsignment—contact us for details.

Return Options

Refund – Back to your original payment (PayPal, ShopPay, or credit card). A $10 fee covers return shipping if using our prepaid label.

Store Credit – No $10 fee. We’ll email a gift card so you can grab something new—many items drop weekly, so your next favorite is waiting.

Exchange – No $10 fee. If swapping for a pricier item, an invoice for the difference will be emailed (one week to pay). For cheaper items, the difference will be issued as a gift card. Exchanges ship the next business day after full payment.

Issues – If your item didn’t arrive as expected or has damage, email us immediately and we’ll make it right.

How Returns Work

We’ll send a prepaid shipping label and return form, or you can use your own label.

Using our prepaid label? $10 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.
Expected Refund Times

Credit Card – 3-7 business days after processing

Store Credit – Same day as processing

Exchange – Ships next business day after full payment. Any excess goes to store credit; invoices are emailed if additional payment is needed.
Damages & Issues

Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us immediately so we can make it right.
